Habit Stack (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
In short: the App collects no information and sends nothing to the developer.
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect any personal information, including information that could identify you. It does not collect or send your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers (such as IDFA), or analytics about how you use the App. No account is needed.
2. Your habit records
The names, colors, icons and reminder times of your routines and stacks (new habits), and your daily check-offs, are all stored on your device. No one, including the developer, can see or access them. If you delete the App or use "Settings > Reset all data", the data on your device is deleted.
The App's data is included in your iPhone's iCloud backup.
3. Backup files
"Settings > Back up data" exports your records to a single file. You choose where to save it (the Files app, iCloud Drive and so on). It is never sent to the developer.
4. Reminders
The App uses local notifications that are handled entirely on your device. It does not contact any server to send reminders. You can change notification permission at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases of Pro are processed by Apple (App Store). The developer does not receive or store your payment information. Purchases and refunds are handled under Apple's terms.
6. Ads
The App shows no ads, so it does not collect any information for advertising.
7. Sharing with third parties
As described above, the App collects no information, so there is nothing to share with third parties.
8. Links to other services
The App links to a contact form (Google Forms). Information you enter there is handled under that service provider's privacy policy.
9. Children's privacy
Because the App collects no information, it is safe to use at any age.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
